Governance

Board of Directors and officers

The board is four adults who hold fiduciary responsibility. The students who run SkillSphere day to day are officers, appointed by the board. Both are set out in the bylaws.

Officers

Ridhun GujjaCo-President

Leads programs and curriculum development, oversees the website and technology, and directs internal execution.

Devkrishna ManappattuCo-President

Leads partnerships, outreach, and communications, and represents SkillSphere to schools, partners, and the public.

Yashas Sai ChittimallaTreasurer

Maintains financial records, tracks expenditures and donations, and assists with budgeting under board oversight.

Nandana PadmarajDirector of Operations

Oversees internal operations and scheduling, and serves as records custodian for minutes, resolutions, and corporate records.

Nikita IyerFundraising Lead

Leads fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and fundraising events, and supports donation tracking with the Treasurer.

Officers manage day-to-day operations and hold no fiduciary authority unless the board grants it. The full student team is on the team page.
