Every SkillSphere program is designed, built, and led by students. No lectures. No textbooks. Just hands-on workshops where you learn by doing.
Our Marketing Foundations workshop shows students how to use the pillars of persuasion: ethos, logos, and pathos. These aren't just vocabulary words; they are tools used to craft messages, influence audiences, and think strategically.
The capstone project involves designing a product flyer in Canva. Students apply rhetorical strategies, position their product for a specific audience, and present their work. This is the same thinking that drives real marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and professional communication.
Our STEM program focuses on practical application. SkillSphere parterned with Code Ninjas Wilmington to provide students with hands-on robotics experience. Students used LEGO SPIKE robotics kits to build functional robots from the ground up. By giving students real tools and challenges, we see them rise to the occasion and exceed expectations.
This program develops engineering thinking, iteration skills, and collaborative problem solving. Students learn to design, build, program, test, and improve - the same cycle engineers use every day.
Business Professionals of America (BPA) is a respected career-technical organization, and we help students compete at a high level. Our preparation module covers the skills that score points in competitive events: presentation management, interview technique, extemporaneous speaking, and time-boxed preparation.
Beyond competition, this module builds professional readiness. Students learn the STAR method for behavioral interviews, resume fundamentals, networking basics, and professional tone in both written and spoken communication. Whether you are walking into a BPA event or a college interview, you will be ready.
Our programs are designed to travel. Start a SkillSphere chapter at your school and get access to every module, workshop framework, and resource — completely free.
