Meet the Team

Hello! My name is Ridhun Gujja, and I am a freshman at the Charter School of Wilmington. Outside of SkillSphere, I am involved in BPA, Debate, Model UN, Youth in Government, and varsity Crew. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. In the future, my goal for SkillSphere is to combine STEM and business thinking by creating opportunities for students to build practical, real-world skills early on, and grow access to our free resources nationwide!

Hi! My name is Devkrishna Manappattu, and I am junior at Appoquinuimink High School. Some of my interests include photography, cooking, listening to music, and playing volleyball. As a student who is deeply involved in business-related activities, I quickly became passionate and committed to creating an accessible business curriculum for youth. In the future, I hope to grow SkillSphere further to inspire and provide equitable resources for my community!

Hi! My name is Nirmal Praveen, and I'm currently a freshman at the Charter School of Wilmington. I found my passion for technology in middle school through my involvement in the Business Professionals of America. I’m also involved in Karate, where I help volunteer and work with younger kids. I’m interested in robotics and enjoy learning more about how technology can be applied in real-world situations. In my free time, I like to work out and hang out with friends. I wanted to found SkillSphere to give more students the same opportunities I had.

Hi! My name is Nandana Padmaraj, I am a junior at Garnet Valley, and I am looking to go into Data Analytics and MIS. I am involved in many clubs, including FBLA and TSA, as well as having the opportunity to hold multiple treasury positions to pursue my interests. Furthermore, I have a couple of ongoing investment research projects, and I love to volunteer and support my community. In the future, I am excited to expand Skillsphere as well as take my learning to a professional level.

Hey, everyone! I'm Yashas Chittimalla, and I'm currently a freshman at Newark Charter High School. Apart from Skillsphere, I'm involved in BPA, TSA, Student Council, Math League, and my school's Varsity Tennis team. I'm interested in tech, business, and finance, which is why I'm so passionate about SkillSphere. I love participating in competitions and investing in the market, and I'm always looking for new ways to learn and improve. In my free time, I play tennis and pickleball; watch football; and bake cookies.

Hi! My name is Rayya Karim, and I am a junior at MOT Charter. I am involved in BPA, VEX Robotics, TSA, and more. I also work as a math tutor and enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and dancing. I am passionate about advancing different fields through tech, and hope to be either a Biomechanical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineer!

I'm Hareeth Dhayanandh, a sophomore at MOT Charter High School with a strong interest in business and leadership. I'm a state champion in speech and debate and serve as president of my school’s debate club, where I help lead and prepare students for competition. I'm also the Parliamentarian for my BPA chapter, contributing to organization and leadership within the team. Alongside my school activities, I run an online business, which has helped me build real-world skills in entrepreneurship and decision-making. I'm focused on continuing to grow as a leader and pursuing business at a top college.
